Family OSis a private family assistant service. Registered family members text tasks, reminders, and photos to their family's dedicated phone number and see them organized on a shared private dashboard.
Information we collect
We collect the messages, photos, and phone numbers that registered family members send to their family's number, and basic account information (name, email, phone number) provided when a member joins. This information is used solely to provide the service to that family.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to operate the service: organizing a family's tasks, sending requested confirmations and reminders, and displaying the family's own dashboard. Each family's data is visible only to that family's members.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services (such as message delivery and hosting) is permitted solely to operate the service. All other use cases exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. A family member may request deletion of their data at any time using the contact below.
